Princess Park in Rivierra del Sol
Went and drove round Princes Park in Rivierra last week to look at some apartments that an investor wanted to resell.
This development is situated on the other side of the Motorway opposite the Calahonda tennis club. It was quite late in the evening and sales office was shut so I didn't get the opportunity to look around the interior. Needless to say i wasn't that impressed, the apartments on my list had no view worth mentioning. Infact the developmetn is situated in a small valley and almost completely surrounded by the steep mountian sides. Other Developments in the area have spectacular sea views but Princess Parks location means that it is completely obscured by the hill that runs infront of the motorway.
The developer is going to have to work extrmeley hard to ensure that the loss in location is made up for in qulaities. The outisde of the bui;ldings had some architecturla interest, but I fear that the community areas are too small and lack individualism. The community pool area is also quite small.
