Puebla Aida

The vision of Puebla Aida’s creator was of a typical Andalucian village. A Pueblo of houses seemingly added to each other in a random mix, but when the complex is thoroughly planned and constructed the result is an idyllic place that makes living in it not only cosy, but engenders a kind of transfiguration simply by looking at it, which one experiences when gazing at a beautiful painting.
Narrow winding alleyways interspersed with Bougainvillaea, Hibiscus and Mimosas create a heady and intoxicating atmosphere to visitor and owner alike. Short staircases with intricate wrought-iron work merging with beautifully panelled doors. Arches leading to enchanting village squares, decorated with flowers and lined with fountains as well as with white Roman masonry.
The signposts of each building are artistically constructed, balconies adorned with flowering splendour and iron balustrades. The distant mountain ranges of the Sierra Mijas are a breathtaking demarcation point from the neat well-kept golf courses and Fuengirola town, when lit by the morning sun exudes another totally different character.
Puebla Aida, is an artistic ambience that surpasses all expectations. As good as a photo of Puebla Aida may be, there is nothing that can compare with experiencing and looking at the Pueblo itself.
We really enjoyed walking round the numerous winding streets, admiring the fountains and numerous other achitectural follies that presented themselves on our tour. The Pueblo's main appeal is that it fulfills most peoples fantasies about living Spain. The propeties are extremely indiviual, and have different marbel floors in each and there are a variety of different proepty options available, ranging from compact studios to much larger townhouses. All are designed in the same vein that empahisises the Andalucian theme.
Puebla Aida ia really a hidden gem and will continue to resell well over the coming years, it has instant charm and appeal that will never be lost and it is quite simply unique. Furthermore, with the rise in building costs it would be impossible to copy the estate again with out charging astromoical prices. So really this wonderful urbanisation is an absolute one off and will always be in demand.
