An example of how not to sell property services over the internet

I found this write up on the internet on a real estate agents site, and seeing that this came from a company with a strong high street brand I was quite suprised at how this exceedinlgy badly edited text made it online. Anyway I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. The original text can be found on the website www.blueskyhomes-sl.com on the "about us" page.

Our Mission Statemment

Living here on the coast for 35 years I can defiantly say that Costa del Sol has made it.

Yes we have had our share of ups and downs maybe even more than our share lately, However I can see the coast and Marbella in particular becoming as grand as California in not so many years away.

Looking at our company statistics, the Marbella of today is not pending anymore one European country growths or fall for that matter it has now in My opinion become a stable property market and will be for the foreseeable future. Every year the experts (that aren't) comment prices will drop the market will fall, the funny thing I've been hearing this continuously for the last 7 years and guess what "wrong" what I can say though is that we don't have soaring prices anymore going through the roof which experts (who are) actually know is not good for any market and could lead to a crash. We have passed this point and solid is the word I would use for the Market now…

Let's be truthful Europe is strong the Euro is stable and now that many new eastern countries can come to live or holiday here… Come on I can't think of any better place to live with the advantage that it is within 4 hours from any location in Europe. Rest assured that when you do join they lucky few that own a property on the coast, it will be your most solid investment.

Good luck in your search and welcome to the Marbella Lifestyle, Welcome to Blue Sky Homes..
