New Marbella properties section on the Bright website
A new database for properties has been added to the Bright website based on a great new CRM created by Makalumedia. The database includes a pdf function that allows browsers to make pdf window cards of property for easy storage and printing. There is also a star rating function that gives our assessment of the property according to the following criteria.
• Location: proximity to services and amenities, and or value of the neighbourhood
• Investment: our ranking of potential return over a mid term strategy.
• Price per m2: price value on a per square meter basis in comparison with similar properties nearby.
• Features: the quality and number of extras and fittings that the property is sold with.
• Community: how well maintained and managed the community is.
Properties are displayed on a macromedia flash photo slide show that displays pictures correctly according to size and orientation, while offering the functionality of selecting a picture to display or pausing the cycle.
Carefully thought through parameters for location and features allow would be property hunters to come across the important facts and features of the property easily and there is functional and easy to use search tool that sorts according to price, location and property type.
