Henderson & Henderson - Building Georgia Homes on Lake Lanier
Although not relevant to the local Spanish market (or European, for that matter), I felt it was noteworthy to mention the launch of my friend Matt Henderson's USA home building company's website, Henderson & Henderson:
Matt and his brother Page are building some gorgeous lake homes in the southern United States, in particular, in the state of Georgia on its popular Lake Lanier. They've just finished up one property, The Alyssa, that might be worth a look, even to the European investor, given the present weakness of the US dollar. Comparing "The Alyssa"
to what you can get in the Spanish market for 650,000 Euros, the short plane hop over the Atlantic, to the cool forests around Lake Lanier looks quite attractive!
