Interview with Connected Property Solutions
This is a short interview with Nick Alderton from Connected Property Solutions a real estate company that sells property within the Elviria area of the Costa del Sol.
What areas of the Costa del Sol that CPS cover and what can you tell us about them?
The main areas covered by CPS are from La Cala Mijas through to Sand Pedro, although our primary focus is on Elviria and surrounding urbanisations
What sets your area apart from others on the Costa del Sol?
Elviria is an well established area with good infrastructure, offering both beachfront and elevated mountain side properties with spectacular coastal views. There are two main commercial centres which offer a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, together with three five star hotels, The Alanda, The Marriott and the Don Carlos. Marbella town is only a five minute drive away and Puerto Banus 10 minutes away offering a variety of options.
What do you feel are the main deciding factors for your clients who buy in your area?
The main reasons for buying in the area would be the established infrastructure, good communications combined with the easy access to both beachside and mountainside properties, enabling two different lifestyle choices within easy access of each other. Elviria is an all year round community.
What future do you feel the area has?
There are very few development opportunities within Elviria and the majority of these are on the mountainside. This can provide both peace of mind and stability for property owners knowing that their property and it’s location will remain unaffected by development for years to come.
What is the typical sale at CPS and what is the typical budget?
There is a spread of available property in Elviria from one off villas through to 1 bed apartments. Budgets can vary from 300,000 to 3,000,000 with the majority of the property sold is for people looking for a lifestyle change or who may be living in the area.
