Now that's a FIRE!
We packed the bags threw the dogs into the back of the car and considered hauling aXX when we saw the flames a'comin. Needless to say our worry was miss founded as the wind was blowing the wrong way and our buildings are made of concrete so pretty fire resistant.

New Marbella properties section on the Bright website
A new database for properties has been added to the Bright website based on a great new CRM created by Makalumedia. The database includes a pdf function that allows browsers to make pdf window cards of property for easy storage and printing. There is also a star rating function that gives our assessment of the property according to the following criteria.

An example of how not to sell property services over the internet
I found this write up on the internet on a real estate agents site, and seeing that this came from a company with a strong high street brand I was quite suprised at how this exceedinlgy badly edited text made it online. Newly updated Articles page
Pending the launch of the Spanish Property Guide (a new online tool that will integrate into existing websites that promote property in Spain: developed by Bright and Makalumedia) the Articles section has been updated with a the full range of new, up to date reports that will be included in the final IT package. To check out these and other reports click here.
Launch date for the Spanish Property Guide will be July 2006 and will include a much improved table of contents presentation to allow browsers to quickly navigate to the information that they need.

Our trip to Extremadura
We took a short holiday to part of Spain that is off the beaten track. Extremadura literally translated means Extremely Hard, and with 50 degree celcius temperatures in Summer and near freezing conditions in winter its aptly named.
